Use it for: - Setting calorie intake for weight loss or gain - Understanding your daily energy needs - Planning meal plans and nutrition - Achieving fitness goals effectively TDEE Formula: TDEE = BMR × Activity Factor Activity Factors: - Sedentary: 1.2 (little/no exercise) - Light: 1.375 (1-3 days/week) - Moderate: 1.55 (3-5 days/week) - Very Active: 1.725 (6-7 days/week) - Extremely Active: 1.9 (2x/day, physical job) To lose weight, consume 15-20% less than TDEE. To gain weight, consume 10-15% more than TDEE.
